Opening two Centers of Asthma and Spinal cord Cancer

 

Two medical projects for curing asthma disease and expanding cancer curing hospital in a scientific and modern way in Sulaimaniyah Governorate was the aim of the Italian team’s visit on 9th September 2008 to Sulaimaniyah city

he head of the medical team was Dr. Morello, Director of Mayer Children Hospital, met Mr. Dana Ahmed Majeed, Sulaimaniyah Governor. The meeting was held in attendance of  Dr. Zryan Othman, KRG Health Minister, who met with Governor prior to Morello's arrival and discussed the health status in Sulaimaniyah at the time of having danger of spreading Cholera fever in Middle and Southern territories in Iraq.

 Dr. Morelo assigned the capability of his country’s team which is containing of some Medical, Geometrical, Geological and Technical experts and he emphasized that constructing Asthma and spinal cord cancer centre has the great significance in the province.

 Later the Italian Team presented a chart regarding the plan of opening the centers, in the meeting Sulaimaniyah Governor asked the team to accelerate implementing the project and showed his readiness for providing all the necessities.
